Interacting with Allstream is about to get a little easier! We are making every effort to provide you with a seamless platform to be as responsive to your account management needs as we can. In order to achieve this, we have launched a new and improved self-service customer portal.
You’ll have access to the same functionality as before. For example, you will be able to log-on, electronically submit outage tickets, view/download invoices and view a summary of your charges.
For ease of use, nothing is required of you. You simply need to log-on. You do not need to re-register as your existing login credentials will work in the new portal.
There’s a wealth of information and onboarding resources available for you, including a library of user documentation, quick start guides and an explanatory video of the features, functionality and basic steps on navigating the new portal.
