Change to online bill payments

As of August 1, 2020, Allstream customers who prefer making online bill payments must do so using our customer portal. To set up your payment options, please visit https://my.allstream.com after August 1, 2020. For those customers who have current pre-authorized payments established with a credit card, you will be required to set this up again in order to continue to have your payments drawn on a monthly basis.

If you do not already have an Allstream portal user account, click create a new account to set up your account. Once you’ve logged in, from the MY ACCOUNT menu, select Billing Center. Click the Add Account option to add a bank account or credit card number. Once a payment account has been added, you can make a one-time manual payment or set up recurring payments using the AutoPay feature.

For compliance, and more importantly, security of your credit card information, we do not house credit card numbers in any of our systems and therefore, with this upgrade of our payment processing system, we are not able to migrate information currently on file.  

The process for other methods of payment such as wire payments or cheques with remit slips remains unchanged.
