Allstream’s Ongoing Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic

Allstream is constantly evaluating the situation and making changes to our policies and practices in order to protect the health and safety of our employees, customers and partners while maintaining services to our customers.

  • Our offices remain open and all field and customer operations are normal. We follow all local and federal guidance to maintain personal safety. Our field technicians follow our Customer Site Visit Assessment and Instructions to protect customers and themselves during on-site visits. We’ve seamlessly operated in a highly virtual configuration since March 2020. We operated in a hybrid work model before March 2020 and expect to return that over the coming months.
  • All employees or representatives that have direct contact with others, in person, in the course of their Allstream duties are required to be vaccinated.

We continue to monitor events and adapt our policies and procedures as appropriate.
