Vanessa is a highly accomplished operations executive with a well-earned reputation for being a participative and collaborative manager motivating teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

With over 25 years’ experience directing cross-functional groups to achieve corporate objectives, including revenue generation, cost savings, effective service operations, and process improvements, Vanessa is responsible for charting Allstream’s customer experience journey. She has a degree from Toronto’s Ryerson University.
