As Senior Vice President of Customer Enablement at Allstream, Vanessa is responsible for charting Allstream’s customer experience journey. To do this, Vanessa develops Allstream’s strategic end-to-end relationships with customers to help them grow their business and achieve digital transformation. Vanessa leads learning and enablement, marketing, sales operations and customer support.
Vanessa is an expert in operationalizing ideas, customer engagement and has played an integral role in the reinvention of the Allstream brand. She was an integral member of the executive planning team for Allstream’s Customer Engagement Strategy, as well as, streamlining Allstream’s operational systems to make it easier for customers to do business with us. These are two of the most strategically important initiatives in Allstream.
With over 25 years of experience directing cross-functional teams in progressively senior roles, to achieve corporate objectives. These include revenue generation, cost savings, effective service operations, processs improvements and an unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service. She studied at Toronto’s Ryerson University.
